Strategic Partnerships For Nonprofits: Collaborating for Increased Impact and Revenue with Blanche Brann

WORKSHOP:  This Workshop provides practical how-to solutions to entering into and maintaining healthy strategic partnerships to increase your visibility, enhance your revenue and provide you with the collaborative profile grantors seek.

Partners can provide a wealth of opportunities to today’s nonprofits, whether they be facilities, new participants, funding sources, and/or  marketing partners. They may share in our mission and values and support us in reaching our mutual goals.

Together, we will create a sample MOU (Memorandum of Agreement) that properly scopes the parameters of  the relationship, the goals and reporting requirements, and the Who, What, When essential to achieve success.

WORKSHOP: The goal of this workshop is that each person will leave with specific tools and techniques that they can apply immediately in regard to Volunteer Recruitment, Retention and Recognition. Volunteers can increase the capacity of nonprofits to achieve their mission and at the same time enhance the lives of individuals by providing meaningful activities. The challenge is how to make it happen. In this workshop we will examine the following aspects of volunteer management:

  1. What is it that attracts volunteers to your organization?
  2. What motivates individuals to volunteer?
  3. How to develop volunteer opportunities?
  4. How to discover individual skills to match needs of the organization?
  5. Ways to show appreciation and gratitude?
